VisaDecision currently offers its applicant alert registration without a charge, so there is ordinarily no payment to refund.

Current free service

No fee is currently collected through the public alert registration shown on this website. Free registrations do not create a refund entitlement.

If a paid service is introduced

Any paid plan will show its price, billing period, cancellation terms, and applicable refund conditions before payment is completed. Those disclosed terms will apply to that purchase.

Unexpected charges

If you believe you were charged by VisaDecision in error, email info@visadecision.com with the payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send full card or banking credentials.
