Is VisaDecision part of the Embassy of Ireland?
No. VisaDecision is an independent alert service and is not affiliated with the Embassy of Ireland, Irish Immigration Service, VFS Global, or any government authority.
Does an alert mean my visa was approved?
No. An alert only means the registered application number was found in published decision information. Always open the official Embassy source to read and confirm the result.
Do I need an account?
Individual applicants can create an alert without an account. Agency teams sign in with Google to manage multiple application numbers in one place.
What information do you need?
For a public alert, we ask for an application number, email address, and WhatsApp number. We do not ask for a passport, visa documents, or date of birth.
Can I register more than one application?
Yes. Agency accounts are designed for teams managing multiple applicants. Public registrations also support a reasonable number of alerts per email address.
