See Approved or Refused on your dashboard. We email your agency when new decisions appear, with your client labels, numbers and results. You tell the students.
What happens while you wait?
After payment, receive an update after the first new list, then weekly updates for eight weeks and monthly updates until six months. Choose to continue monthly updates after that, or routine emails stop. Every routine email lets you stop updates or request a correction. Decision monitoring and alerts continue independently unless you unsubscribe from all ongoing alerts.
Agencies receive an email when new decisions or corrections appear. Weekly agency summaries start automatically after one week of waiting, when a fresh list is available. Each summary email includes an unsubscribe link. Email is our only channel, for alerts and for support.
