Sign in, choose a pack and pay on a secure checkout page. Your seats are credited after payment is confirmed.
Step 2
Add clients as you need
Enter an application number and a label. One seat watches one unlisted number. You can add one today and the rest later.
Step 3
Read the results and tell clients
The dashboard shows published verdicts. An email digest names newly listed clients, their application numbers and results. We contact your agency, not your students.

Prices are in US dollars. Choose your pack inside your account; a seat balance is required before adding an application.

Already published? Keep the seat.

When you add a number with an available seat, we check the published history first. If a decision is already recorded, we show it immediately and use no seat. No watch is created for that number.

A short window for typing mistakes

Remove an unlisted application within two minutes of adding it to return the seat. After that, the application stays on your list until a decision is published. You can then remove it, but its seat remains spent.

An email when there is something to report

Your digest includes newly listed applications and their verdicts. If the Embassy later changes a verdict we already emailed, we send a correction digest. There is no daily email when nothing has changed and no daily pending email. Weekly summaries cover applications still awaiting a published decision. Use the unsubscribe link to stop summaries only or all ongoing alerts.

You tell your clients. VisaRelay does not email a student from your agency watch. The account’s email address receives your agency messages.

Know what the dashboard covers

VisaRelay monitors the New Delhi published decisions list. It has no access to internal visa processing or passport delivery systems. An unlisted number does not establish an internal processing stage. Other visa offices are not supported yet.
